Do you guys work on macs?
Absolutely. We install upgrades, replace the occasional piece of hardware, upgrade hard drives to add more storage space, and handle pesky software glitches.
Do you offer in-home service?
We offer in-house service for quick fixes and network installs. For everything else, we offer pick-up and dropoff service. Either way, you don't have to do anything but pick up the phone.
How long will I be without my computer?
We like to get started on your computer the day you call. Barring any shipping delays, we're averaging around 3 days!
What if I can't wait that long?
If you need to stay connected, ask us about our loaner computer program while yours is in the shop. We also offer remote repair as long as you're not experiencing hardware failure, or internet connection problems.
What are your normal pick-up and drop-off hours?
Appointment times are very flexible. Pick-ups are during normal business hours 10am to 6pm or by appointment. For commuters, we meet at a convenient place like your office, the gym, or a nearby restaurant!

If we can't get things working the way you want - in a reasonable time frame - your service is free.
